ista develops further and restructures its Management Board
Essen, September 21, 2017. The international energy and real estate service provider, ista, is changing so it can continue to offer its customers optimal solutions in future, too. In line with the reorganisation of the business units, ista is therefore restructuring its Management Board in view of changed market and customer requirements.
"In addition to greater comfort and service quality, our customers today want us above all to deliver practicable solutions for the digitalisation of buildings," says Thomas Zinnöcker, CEO of ista. "We want to offer appropriate products and services and are therefore developing our organisation further in view of the changed market and customer requirements."
The first step will be to introduce on January 1, 2018 five central business units at ista that will concentrate on individual markets and their specific customer requirements. In line with the five business units, the ista Management Board is also reorganising: Jochen Schein, hitherto COO of ista, will in future be responsible for the business unit Germany. The previous boss in France, Laurent Sireix, and Ulrich Fischer, most recently Regional Manager Europe West, East & South, will join the Management Board. Christian Leu will stay CFO of ista. As CEO, Thomas Zinnöcker will remain Chairman of the Management Board, take over the chair of the Supervisory Board of ista Germany and also be responsible for the business unit New Business.
