ista develops further and restructures Management Board
Essen, December 14, 2017. The international energy and real estate service provider, ista, is changing so that it can offer its customers even better solutions in future. With effect from January 1, 2018, ista is therefore restructuring the Management Board in the light of changes in market and customer requirements.
"In addition to convenience, comfort and service quality, our customers today mainly want practicable solutions relating to the digitalisation of their buildings," says Thomas Zinnöcker, ista's CEO. "To this end, we want to offer the appropriate products and services and are therefore developing our organisation further in the light of the changes in market and customer requirements."
With effect from January 1, 2018, ista is introducing five central business units that will concentrate on individual markets and their specific customer requirements. ista will have a new Management Board structure in line with the five business units:
Thomas Zinnöcker remains the CEO of the holding Management Board, takes over the chair of ista Germany's Supervisory Board and will also be responsible for the business unit, New Business.
Christian Leu remains the CFO of ista and also takes over responsibility for ista's Developing Countries, such as China, Russia and Turkey.
Jochen Schein, hitherto the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for ista's international business, will become the CEO of ista Germany and be responsible for the business unit, Germany, as well as the pan-Group shared services IT, Product Development, Procurement and the ista Service Center. Dieter Hackenberg as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Ralf Görner as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) complete the Management Board of ista in Germany. Christoph Lüthe, previously responsible on the Management Board for Germany for the sales business, marketing and the German branches, is leaving the company at his own request.
The previous boss of France, Laurent Sireix, as well as Ulrich Fischer, most recently Regional Manager Europe West, East & South, will join the Management Board of the holding.
